How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you will see a download link, and the same link arrives by email. Download the files to your computer and keep a copy somewhere safe.
Can I get a receipt for reimbursement?
Your order confirmation email shows the date, the items and the amount paid, and most organizations accept it as a receipt. If your finance office needs an invoice with your organization's name on it, email hello@smallshopplaybooks.com with your order number.
What software do I need?
The guides are PDFs. The templates are Word files and the trackers are Excel files, so you can open them in Microsoft Office or upload them to the tool your organization already uses.
Can I share the files with my team?
Yes. Your staff, board and volunteers can all use them. Please do not resell the files or share them outside your organization.
Can I change the templates?
Yes. Every template is meant to be edited. Replace the bracketed placeholders and rewrite anything that does not sound like your organization.
What if a file will not open?
Reply to your order confirmation email or write to hello@smallshopplaybooks.com within 30 days and we will send a working copy or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
