Small Shop Playbooks makes ready-to-use fundraising kits for nonprofits where fundraising is one job among many. If you are an executive director who also writes the grants, a lone development staffer, or a board chair filling the gap, these kits are for you.
Each playbook takes one piece of established fundraising practice and turns it into a complete system you can put to work the same week. That means a short guide that explains the method, editable templates for every email, letter and script, and a tracker that tells you who to contact next and when.
Everything is written in plain language, opens in the tools you already use, and comes with bracketed placeholders so you can make it your own in an afternoon.
Who makes these
Small Shop Playbooks is run by Chris Boerner, a strategist based in Summerfield, North Carolina. She has led nonprofit fundraising work as a board member and capital campaign leader, and she founded and runs two small businesses of her own.
